We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee operations at Patriot Business Park, our state-of-the-art prefabrication hub. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven manufacturing environments and is passionate about efficiency, quality, and sustainability in construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations for prefabricated building components
- Ensure quality control by implementing industry best practices and standards
- Manage and coordinate teams of production workers, technicians, and machine operators
- Optimize workflows using lean manufacturing and automation technologies
- Monitor equipment and maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency
- Implement safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet construction timelines
- Track production metrics and performance to drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, prefabrication, or modular construction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage production teams
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, automation, and ConTech innovations
- Familiarity with CNC machines, robotics, and prefabrication technologies
- Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and quality control standards
- Ability to analyze production data and improve efficiency
- Passion for sustainable building practices and smart construction methods
