Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable building strategies across all projects
- Ensure compliance with green building standards (LEED, WELL, Passive House, etc.)
- Analyze energy efficiency, carbon footprint, and material sustainability
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and developers to integrate green technologies
- Optimize water conservation, renewable energy, and smart building systems
- Perform life-cycle assessments to improve sustainability and long-term efficiency
- Stay ahead of industry trends in green building materials and innovative eco-designs
- Educate internal teams and stakeholders on best practices for environmental responsibility
What We’re Looking For
- Background in architecture, engineering, environmental science, or sustainability
- Expertise in green certifications (LEED AP, WELL AP, Living Building Challenge, etc.)
- Experience with energy modeling, passive design, and net-zero strategies
- Knowledge of sustainable construction materials and methods
- Familiarity with smart building technologies and PropTech solutions
- Strong analytical skills to assess energy performance and environmental impact
