Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications for PropTech and ConTech platforms
- Design AI-powered systems for smart buildings, predictive maintenance, and automation
- Implement IoT solutions that integrate with smart infrastructure and sensors
- Work with cloud computing, APIs, and data analytics to optimize building performance
- Build and refine machine learning models for energy efficiency and predictive analytics
- Develop digital twin simulations to enhance real-time decision-making in construction
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate technology into real estate development
- Ensure cybersecurity, scalability, and efficiency in all software solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C++, or Java
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with IoT and smart building technologies
- Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and software architecture
- Experience with front-end and back-end development for mobile/web applications
