Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze potential land acquisitions for sustainable developments
- Conduct due diligence, including zoning, environmental impact, and feasibility studies
- Negotiate land purchases, leases, and development agreements
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and development teams to assess investment potential
- Monitor market trends, land values, and regulatory changes to inform strategy
- Build relationships with property owners, municipalities, and stakeholders
- Work closely with architects and engineers to align acquisitions with project goals
- Ensure all land deals align with EfficiencyProperties™’ commitment to sustainability
What We’re Looking For
- Background in real estate, urban planning, or land development
- Experience in land acquisition, zoning laws, and entitlement processes
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of market research and financial modeling for land valuation
- Familiarity with sustainable development and green building initiatives
- Ability to assess land for PropTech and ConTech-integrated projects
